The Department of Political Science at Lycoming College invites applications for a one year visiting position in American politics for the 2019-2020 academic year. The successful candidate will teach three courses per semester and will be broadly trained to teach both introductory and advanced courses in American politics. Specialization within subfield is open. Candidates should demonstrate a strong promise of teaching effectiveness and a strong commitment to teaching undergraduates in a liberal arts environment. Master’s degree required; ABD or Ph.D. preferred.
