Goucher College’s Humanities Center invites applications for a one-year visiting assistant professor of Latin American history starting August 2017. We’re looking for a faculty member who can teach a range of courses in Latin American history and in the Humanities. Extra consideration will be given to candidates who specialize in women, gender, and/or sexuality. In addition to some service expectations, the course load will be 20 credits (five 4-credit classes) over two semesters. Candidates who have completed the Ph.D. by the time of appointment are preferred.
