The Department of History seeks experienced applicants for a research-track professor at the rank of assistant/associate. Start date for this position is August 1, 2017.This is a non-tenurable position, renewable annually. The successful candidate will teach classes in the Reading History Initiative; coordinate the program; track, report, and publish on its success; write grants in support of the program, and develop curriculum in response to the changing research landscape of student success and retention. Successful candidates will be expected to publish.
- PhD in History or closely related field.
Other Desirable:Candidates with experience in high impact teaching practices, especially the development and administration of a co-requisite learning program will receive special consideration.
