The Department of Philosophy at Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC, invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin Fall 2018. AOS: 19 th and 20 th Century European Philosophy. AOC: Open. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or be on schedule to complete the degree by start date. Excellent undergraduate teaching and high-quality scholarship are central to Wake Forest’s mission. Standard teaching load is nine courses over two years. Applicants should apply online with a cover letter, CV, writing sample, a statement of teaching philosophy, and evidence of teaching effectiveness if available.
