The Department of Political Science at Albright College invites applicants for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Political Science beginning in fall 2019. Applicants must also be able to teach introductory courses in research methods. Ph.D. in Political Science or a closely related field at the time of appointment is expected. Teaching responsibilities include introductory and advanced courses in comparative politics, as well as entry level research methods courses. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop and teach courses in the general studies program. Commitment to teaching excellence, the liberal arts, mentoring undergraduate scholarship, an active program of research, and service to the college and department is required.
