Qualifications : Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Modern Continental European History. A secondary field in the Middle East, Africa, Digital History, or Historical GIS (Geographic Information Systems) is desirable and most welcome.
Responsibilities : The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in his or her field of study and departmental service courses. In addition, candidates should also be prepared to help develop and teach courses in cross-disciplinary studies and engage in distance/online instruction. Candidates will also be expected to participate in appropriate levels of service to the department, school, the university, and the profession.
